Shipping policy



We process and ship orders from our facility within 2โ€“3 business days of order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping times (after dispatch):

United States: 5โ€“8 business days via standard shipping.

Canada, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand: 5โ€“8 business days.

Rest of world: 8โ€“10 business days, depending on destination.

Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping costs:

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50.

Standard US shipping under $50: rates shown at checkout.

International shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination.

Express shipping: rates shown at checkout.

Tracking your order:

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 2โ€“3 business days of placing your order. You can also visit "Track My Order" in our site menu at any time.

Need to change your address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@thekynoro.com with your order number and updated address. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it โ€” but you can refuse delivery and we'll process a refund once the package returns to us.

Customs and import duties (international orders):

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Kynoro is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or damaged in transit?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@thekynoro.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.

During peak periods (holidays, sales, restocks):

Shipping times may extend by 2โ€“3 business days during high-volume periods. We'll always communicate any delays via email.
