Refund policy



You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be in the original packaging and in resellable condition (lightly used is fine โ€” we want you to actually try it).

Eligible for a free return:

Defective or damaged on arrival
Wrong item received
Missing parts
Order delayed beyond 30 days from shipment

Eligible for a customer-paid return (you cover return shipping):

Changed your mind
Didn't fit as expected
Decided it's not for you

To start a return: Email support@thekynoro.com with your order number. We'll review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first โ€” we won't be able to process unannounced returns.

Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days. Bank processing may add a few extra days.

Exchanges: Need a different size or color? Email us โ€” for size exchanges within 30 days, we'll ship the new size as soon as your original is in transit back, no waiting required.

Order cancellations: You can cancel any unshipped order for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.

Damages: Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right immediately.

Sale items: Items purchased at 25%+ off are final sale and not eligible for return. This is noted at the point of purchase.
