1-Year Warranty & Lifetime Warranty

Every NeeBrace Elite is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery.

If something goes wrong with your brace under normal use — a faulty dial, stitching that fails, fabric that doesn't hold up — send us a photo and a short note at support@thekynoro.com. We'll review and send a replacement at no cost.

We cover all shipping costs both ways. Send the original back at no charge — we'll handle the rest.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage from misuse, machine washing, or normal wear at the end of the product's lifespan is not covered.
